Women in Agile Bangladesh, is a community for women specifically focuses on building more inclusive conference experiences, supporting local agile communities of diversity, and providing opportunities for women and diverse groups to share their crafts in a safe, supportive environment with a low barrier to entry.

The purpose of the group is to empower each other, helping each other grow and thrive personally and professionally through mentor ship, learning through sharing personal stories and experiences, and building strong relationships through member facilitated sessions and fun activities. This is a the group for curious women working in Agile environment. Who wants to share and discuss ideas, solve problems, expand their knowledge, share their experiences with other women in the agile community of Bangladesh.
