“Agile Product Management With Scrum” is organized by “Agile Tour Bangladesh”, “Women in Agile Bangladesh” , “Business Agility Meetup Bangladesh” and JCI Dhaka Independent. Each Month we have one batch.

This workshop is completely free for our community members. This workshop will be helpful to those who want to start their learning in Agile & Scrum and to implement these in their organizations. This 2 days of learning to help you to play your role as scrum team member i.e. developers, product owner and scrum master.

Agile way of Working

Organizations need digital transformation to deliver innovative software products that add value to customers. The two major IT challenges to achieve this transformation are dependencies within a huge correlated environment and the ever-evolving complex technologies. Organizations are expected to meet customer requirements, irrespective of any challenges.

Agile is one of the thriving software development methodologies that can provide customers with real-time results based on its proven practices, methods, and scaling frameworks.

It maintains a balanced and better work-life balance for the team members, which keeps them happy and jolly, which is essential for a good work spirit.

In a nutshell, They believe in the fact that providing autonomy to the cross-functional teams and the team members are the keys to get the job done rather than focusing on the least priority factors. Agile working points on producing the product in recursive iterations and collecting feedback from the customer, which helps the development team to eradicate the defects and flaws from the product in less time and the team gets the time to prepare for the next iteration and best is achieved through continuous learning.

Scrum

Scrum is a lightweight Agile framework that comprises of meetings’ setup, assigned roles and devised plans for managing backlogs which help in structuring the work with timelines. Scrum involves rapid changes and flexibility by producing outcomes incrementally and iteratively.

Scrum teams consists of a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and the Development team. Scrum teams are self-organizing and cross-functional. They can choose how best to accomplish their work, rather than being directed by others outside the team.
